DDSpass EUDR geodata · TRACES prep

Supplier geodata in any format — one TRACES-ready GeoJSON out.

How it works

  1. 01DropDrop the Excel, KML, Shapefile or GeoJSON your supplier sent. It is read in your browser — never uploaded.
  2. 02FixWe check it against the EU spec and auto-fix what is safe — swapped coordinates, comma decimals, unclosed boundaries — and flag the rest.
  3. 03DownloadGet a TRACES-ready GeoJSON plus a plain-language fix report your supplier can act on.

What we check

25+ checks from the European Commission's EUDR GeoJSON File Description v1.5 — including:

  • Right file format and coordinate order (WGS84 longitude, latitude) spec v1.5
  • Field boundaries closed and not self-crossing
  • Declared area matches the mapped shape (and areas typed as text caught)
  • Plots over 4 ha sent as a mapped boundary, not a single point Art. 2(28)
  • Country codes valid and each plot inside the declared country
  • File under the 25 MB TRACES upload limit spec v1.5

Mandatory for medium & large operators from 30 Dec 2026, SMEs from 30 Jun 2027 — Regulation (EU) 2023/1115
